Kouldja Kids promise to meet the demands of most active children. With all garments being made in New Zealand we can keep a tight control on the quality of all garments. Should any piece of clothing not measure up to these standards simply return it and we will happily replace it or refund your purchase price.
We offer a gift wrapping service free of charge. This is great for those family and friends overseas shopping for people at home. Simply fill out the gift tag at the check out, including there name and we will deliver it to their door. If it's for a special occasion eg, birthday please include the date.
If you have received a promotional flyer with a promation number. Please enter this at the time of processing your order in the appropriate box. All promotional discounts or savings are manually deducted at the time of processing, so will not show up until we process your order at disptach.

We offer a standard delivery service of $7.50 for all parcels. Our courier service provides delivery within five to six working days anywhere within New Zealand. If for some reason this cannot be achieved you will be contacted by phone or email.
For international orders, you will be contacted via email regarding postage for your order. However if you order will cost less than $12.00 (NZD) to post it will automatically be posted. Please allow for manual weighing and posting at the Post Office. All international orders being posted overseas will automatically have the 12.5% GST deducted from your order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. For larger amounts we may request a bank transfer. Most international destinations will take around 1-2 weeks for delivery for the air-mail service.
Unfortunately sometimes some of our extremely popular lines do sell out and despite our best efforts we are unable to get any more fabric from our supplier. Should this happen and you have paid by Cheque you will be sent a refund immediately.
